We spent our Christmas holiday in a city hotel that had great facilities to offer. The hotel was situated right in the heart of the city, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with any needs we had. One of the best things about this hotel was its breakfast, which was very good and included a wide range of options to choose from. Additionally, its evening bar facilities were also very good and had a great atmosphere.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Firstly, the room was smaller than expected and the layout of the bathroom lacked privacy. Secondly, the condition of the room was not up to the standard of a four-star hotel, with several construction details remaining unfinished. It was not good to find out that some of the sockets were not working. Finally, we had a bit of an issue during breakfast, as seating was limited and we had to sit in an uncomfortable area. it was a good experience, but some issues needed to be addressed.
